Since we are now having problems with the new transaction fee rate implemented by Globe to all Gcash users, I am sharing you now how to secure a Smart Money account since this will be the best alternative as of now in with minimal fee in paying our online transactions.

First thing you need to do is get your Smart Money number.

Follow the steps on how to download your Smart Money account number:
Option 1:
     1. Text MONEY to 343.
     2. Enter desired W-PIN (6-Digits)
     3. Re-enter W-PIN then press OK.
     4. Choose "Get Account" then press OK.
     5. Select BDO.
     6. Wait for the text message confirming the transaction and displaying your Smart Money card number.

Option 2:
     1. Go to the Smart Menu and select Smart Money.
     2. Choose any transaction.
     3. Follow steps 2 - 6 above.

* This transaction is FREE of charge but the subscriber should have at least Php1.00 airtime left.

After asecuring your Smart Money number, proceed in applying for a Mastercard.

Gcash New Cash-in and Cash-Out Rate

I received a text message from Globe regarding Gcash transactions. That there will be no more 2.50 charge if you will be buying Globe Load, paying bills using your Gcash Account and  no more service fee when cashing in to your own Gcash wallet. Also, no more 2.50 airtime deduction when sending Gcash using cellphone. This will be effective starting August 1, 2012.

However, starting August 1 all Gcash outlet like Globe wireless center, SM department Store, Villarica Pawnshop and other local pawnshops, and other local stores will charge a corresponding fee for every cash in and cash out of funds.

Globe has released new pricing guidelines to be implemented by all Gcash Outlet and to ensure that everyone will pay just the right amount. This will also be the basis for the additional charge in transferring funds using your cellphone. The fee will be debited from your Gcash wallet and not from airtime load.

Is AIP Online surveys Philippines a scam?

I joined this survey site named AIP Online Surveys Philippines and after several months of answering some surveys I was able to reached the minimum amount of points to redeem rewards.

The points earned after completing each survey was called EPoints. I reached the minimum amount of 2500 EPoints and decided to redeem a 250 worth of Sodexho Gift Certificate.

It says that conversion or shipment of the gift certificate/voucher will occur during the month after the the redemption request.

This is only to try if the site really send the rewards to their members. I am still waiting until now for the voucher to arrived.
