Gcash New Cash-in and Cash-Out Rate

I received a text message from Globe regarding Gcash transactions. That there will be no more 2.50 charge if you will be buying Globe Load, paying bills using your Gcash Account and  no more service fee when cashing in to your own Gcash wallet. Also, no more 2.50 airtime deduction when sending Gcash using cellphone. This will be effective starting August 1, 2012.

However, starting August 1 all Gcash outlet like Globe wireless center, SM department Store, Villarica Pawnshop and other local pawnshops, and other local stores will charge a corresponding fee for every cash in and cash out of funds.

Globe has released new pricing guidelines to be implemented by all Gcash Outlet and to ensure that everyone will pay just the right amount. This will also be the basis for the additional charge in transferring funds using your cellphone. The fee will be debited from your Gcash wallet and not from airtime load.
