PROMO MECHANICS

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Promo duration is from March 15, 2014 to June 15, 2014.
2. Promotion coverage: Nationwide
3. Cobra Energy Drink Sure Win or Big Win, Choose Your Prize! promo is open to all Philippine residents who are of legal age (18 years old and above as of March 15, 2014).
4. All Cobra products are included in the promo.

   3. Cobra Berry Blast 240ml (Glass) with specially marked crown
   4. Cobra Original 350ml (PET)

5. Participants must collect labels or specially marked crowns, and may win in either of two ways: claim instant prizes or enter these crowns and labels in the raffle draw.
6. Crowns and labels should not be tampered with. Any redemption including tampered crowns and labels will not be accepted, and any raffle entries containing tampered crowns and labels will be considered void.

INSTANT PRIZES

1. To claim instant prizes, entrants must exchange labels or specially marked crowns at any of the participating LBC outlets and partner redemption centers.
2. Instant prizes are as follows:

9.    A maximum of one (1) instant prize per person each day per redemption center will be allowed.

10.  Instant prizes can be claimed starting April 1, 2014 and must be claimed no later than June 15, 2014 5:00 PM, or until supplies last.

RAFFLE DRAW

11.  To join the raffle draw, participants must submit the following information, indicated on a piece of paper, placed inside a white, legal-sized envelope along with any combination of either five (5) specially marked crowns or three (3) labels of any variant of Cobra Energy Drink, and sealed securely.

12.  Each entry must contain any combination of either five (5) specially marked glass bottle crowns or three (3) labels of Cobra Energy Drink in plastic bottle of any variant, with the complete information listed above to be accepted as a valid raffle entry.

13.  Once submitted, each entry will become the property of Interbev Philippines, Inc., including the right to edit, publish, and use the information therein without consideration or payment to the participant. Raffle entries will not be returned.

14.  Entries must be deposited in official Cobra Energy Drink Sure Win or Big Win, Choose Your Prize! drop boxes located in all Mercury Drug branches, as well as participating LBC branches and partner redemption centers nationwide.

15.  All entries must be received by Interbev Philippines, Inc. not later than 5:00 PM of June 15, 2014. Interbev Philippines, Inc. and its agents will not be responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or late entries.

17.  The monthly draw will be held at the following venues: for Luzon at Asia Brewery Plant located at Km 43 ABI Complex Brgy. Sala, Cabuyao, Laguna and for Visayas and Mindanao at Asia Brewery Plant, Poblacion El Salvador, Ozamis Oriental in the presence of a representative from DOH-FDA and Interbev Philippines, Inc. on the following dates:

18.  Cut-off for entries for the monthly draws are on the following dates:

19.  The grand draw will be held on June 27, 2014, at the following venues: Asia Brewery Plant located at Km 43 ABI Complex Brgy. Sala, Cabuyao, Laguna and Asia Brewery Plant, Poblacion El Salvador, Ozamis Oriental in the presence of a representative from DOH-FDA and Interbev Philippines, Inc. The following grand prizes will be drawn together with the third monthly draw prizes:

20.  Verification procedures will be enforced to ensure validity and authenticity of raffle entry.

21.  Winners will be notified via phone call and official letter as to when and where they can claim their prizes. By participating, the winners agree to the inclusion of their names and likeness for publicity purposes without this conferring any renumeration, right or benefit of any kind other than the award of their prize.

22.  Transportation and other expenses for claiming of monthly prizes are to be shouldered by the winner. However, for the grand prize winner, expenses for claiming will be shouldered by Interbev Philippines, Inc.

23.  Tax for grand prizes will be shouldered by Interbev Philippines Inc.

24.  Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the person whose name appears on the winning entry.

25.  Prizes are not convertible to cash.

26.  In claiming the prize, the winner must present the official notification from Interbev Philippines, Inc. and two (2) original and valid identification documents w/ ID picture (Voter’s ID, TIN, SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License or Passport). The IDs presented (singly or collectively) should show the following information below. If the IDs submitted do not contain these three (3) information requirements, it will not be accepted as valid proof of identification:

 c. Signature

27.  Prizes may be claimed at the following:

a. (For grand prizes) Interbev Philippines Inc. Head Office at 6/F Allied Bank Center, Ayala Ave. Makati City

b.(For monthly prizes/other major prizes) Nearest Interbev Philippines, Inc. Sales Office to be assigned

28.  For raffle prizes, the grand prize will be available for claiming by Dec. 31, 2014, due to the high demand for the Chevrolet Camaro V6, and must be claimed no later than March 1, 2015. Remaining raffle prizes must be claimed no later than sixty (60) days from the grand draw on June 27, 2014.

29.  In cases wherein the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize for any reason, he or she can send a proxy on his/her behalf. The proxy should be able to present the following:

a.  A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the proxy as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winner’s behalf.

b.  Two (2) valid IDs of the winner (singly or collectively) showing the required information.

c.  Two (2) original valid IDs of the proxy.

d.  Original copy of the notification from Interbev Philippines Inc.

       * Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the winner.

30.  A participant can only win once monthly. If a name is drawn more than once in a monthly draw, the winner will be given the higher-valued prize.

31.  All raffle entries will be included in the grand raffle draw, even winners of monthly draws.

32.  Winners and participants agree that Interbev Philippines, Inc. will not be held liable for any incident that occurs during the acceptance or use of the prize won.

33.  All decisions of Interbev Philippines Inc. and its agents are final and no objections will be entertained.

34.  Employees of Interbev Philippines Inc., its affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising and media agencies, and DOH-FDA as well as their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

35.  These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promo will be void where prohibited and restricted by law. Venue of any action arising under this promotion shall be brought solely and exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City.
