Mga Proyektong Nagsusulong ng Pagkakakilanlan ng Komunidad

Tatalakayin natin iba’t ibang paraan ng pangangalaga ng katangiang pisikal tulad ng likas na yaman upang mapaunlad ang komunidad. Mga programa nakatutulong sa pag-unlad ng pagkakakilanlan ng komunidad.

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) o Kagawaran ng Kapaligiran at Likas na Yaman. – nangangasiwa ng kalikasan at kapaligiran 

May mga batas naglalayong panatilihin at pangalagaan ang mga likas na yaman ng ating komunidad.

Paaralan

Tungkulin ng paaralan na mabigyan ng mataas na uri ng edukasyon at kaalaman ang mag-aaral sa lahat ng antas ukol sa mga tamang paraan ng pangangalaga sa likas na yaman. Narito ang ilang mga proyekto:

Hinihikayat ng simbahan ang kanilang mga kasapi na magkaroon ng mataas na pagpapahalaga sa mga likas na yaman.

EDUKASYONG PANGKALUSUGAN 2 ARALIN 4: PANGANGALAGA SA BALAT AT BUHOK

 INAASAHAN 

• Natutukoy ang wastong pamamaraan sa pangangalaga sa balat at buhok.

 • Naibibigay ang kahalagahan ng wastong pangangalaga ng balat at buhok.

Maikling Pagpapakilala ng Aralin 

    Ang balat at buhok ang pinakamalaking bahagi ng ating sense organ. Ang balat ay ang bumabalot sa ating buong katawan. Sila din ay nagsisilbing proteksyon sa ating kapaligiran. Ito ang nakadarama ng mainit at malamig, malambot at matigas, at makinis at magaspang.

Mga Pamamaraan sa Pangangalaga sa Balat at Buhok

1. Maligo araw-araw.

2. Patuyuin ang buong katawan at buhok gamit ang malinis na tuwalya at suklayin ang ating buhok

3. Ugaliin ang pag-inom ng maraming tubig.

4. Magsuot ng proteksyon sa balat at buhok laban sa matinding sikat ng araw gaya ng payong at sombrero.

5. Kumain ng masusustansiyang pagkain.

6. Gumamit ng hindi gaanong matapang na sabon at iba pang produktong pangbalat.

7. Magpalit araw-araw ng malinis na damit. Labhan at patuyuing mabuti.

8. Iwasan ang manghiram ng personal na gamit gaya ng suklay, damit at tuwalya
